Programs We Offer

We offer a variety of programs that are established to support new and growing moms and families. They are curated to perfection to make sure that each person is getting every single type of support they are wanting or needing.

“Parenthood is as beautiful as it is hard — and you shouldn’t do it alone.”

Why I Built The Parent Project

Creating a space for new moms and families.

Two years ago I had a baby and a postpartum experience that brought me to my knees. It was scary, it was dark, and there were moments I wasn’t sure I was going to be okay.

What saved me wasn’t a book, an app, or a therapist’s office. It was a group of moms who were in the exact same stage of new motherhood as I was. To this day, we still talk almost every day.

When I moved to San Antonio, I realized nothing like that existed here. So, I built it.

What Makes Us Different

Stronger families through support

Same stage. Same week.

Every group is matched by due date or baby's birth month.
So when someone says my baby won't sleep, everyone in the room knows exactly what that week feels like.

Community First. Always.

We bring in pediatricians, postpartum therapists, sleep consultants, and more — but the real magic is the people
sitting next to you. Experts inform. Community sustains.

No Perfect Parenting Culture, Ever.

There are no right answers here. No comparison.
No pressure to have it together. Just honest conversation
about what this season is actually like.

Built From Lived Experience

The Parent Project was created by a mom who had a difficult postpartum experience and found her way through
community. Everything here was designed around what actually helps — not what looks good on a flyer.

Mother With Children

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Whether you're expecting a baby or navigating the early weeks of parenthood, there's a place for you here. Groups are small, the conversations are real, and the community lasts long after the program ends.
